The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings and the development of 63 dwellings with associated public open space and infrastructure at Barn House Farm, Foxlydiate Lane, Redditch B97 5PB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/01356/FUL, dated 4 October 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions at the end of this decision.
