The development proposed for retirement dwellings, community building and communal recreational facilities, access roads and pedestrian/cycle links, hard and soft landscaping, foul and surface water drainage systems and other works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr T Martin of Land Logic Ltd against the decision of West Oxfordshire District Council. The application Ref 19/00500/OUT, dated 16 February 2019, was refused by notice dated 29 November 2019.
