The development proposed for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 18 apartments has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr James Buckman – Buck Estates Pension Fund & Saprest Properties Pension Fund against the decision of Breckland District Council.
The application Ref 3PL/2022/0934/F, dated 8 August 2022, was refused by notice dated 4 July 2023.
