The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been dismissed for the erection of 300 dwellings, provision of land for a primary school and associated landscaping and open space on land east of Bell Lane, Kesgrave. The application Ref DC/15/4672/OUT, dated 18 November 2015, was refused by notice dated 15 July 2016. The appeal is made by Persimmon Homes Limited and BPT Limited against the decision of Suffolk Coastal District Council.
