The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of the existing building and ancillary structures and the erection of a residential apartment building (69 units) together with associated parking, basement, refuse and recycling facilities, hard and soft landscaping, and associated earthworks at Berkeley House, 7 Oakhill Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1NQ, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 22/00683/FUL, dated 28 February 2022, subject to the conditions.
