The development proposed of the demolition of existing buildings & erection of a block of 46 sheltered apartments for the elderly (comprising 22 x 1-bedroom apartments and 24 x2-bedroom apartments age restricted to 60 years and over), with associated access,electric buggy/cycle stores and refuse bin store and 32 parking spaces has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Renaissance Retirement Ltd against the decision of Arun District Council.
The application Ref AB/36/18/PL, dated 30 March 2018, was refused by notice dated 30 Nov 2018.
