The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted in outline with details of access for the erection of up to 64 dwelling houses at land at Blue Man’sWay, Catcliffe, Rotherham S60 5UR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref RB2014/1342, dated 1 October 2014, subject to the conditions in the schedule attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Network Space against Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
