Appeal B is allowed and planning permission is granted for the redevelopment of the site to provide 33 no. dwellings, associated landscape works and basement level vehicular and cycle parking at 5 Timothy’s Bridge Road, Stratford Enterprise Park, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 9NQ, in accordance with the terms of the application ref 23/03272/FUL, and subject to the schedule of conditions.
