The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of the existing stable building, arena, floodlights and hardstanding, and the erection of 30 residential dwellings, with associated access, landscaping, and car parking arrangements at Broden Stables, Redlands Lane, Crondall,Farnham GU10 5RF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref16/02377/FUL, dated 6 September 2016, subject to the conditions in the Schedule of Conditions attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Crondall Developments limited against the decision of Hart District Council.
