The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of 63 dwellings, open space, pedestrian and vehicular access, car parking, landscaping and associated works at Brogdale Road/Brogdale Place, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8SX., in accordance with the terms of the application Ref SW/13/1567, dated 23 December 2013, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Shepherd Neame Ltd. against the decision of Swale Borough Council.
