The proposed development of the erection of up to 40 dwellings with associated open space, landscaping and infrastructure has been dismissed.
The main issues are whether the proposal would provide suitable living conditions for the future occupiers of the development with particular regard to noise from the adjacent railway line; and the effect of the development on highway safety.
