The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access is granted for the erection of up to 150 dwellings, creation of access off Ruishton Lane, formation of wetlands and SUDs drainage and associated open space and landscaping at Brookfield Nursery, Ruishton Lane, Ruishton, Somerset, TA3 5NR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 31/23/0007, subject to the conditions.
