The development proposed for demolition of buildings and erection of 11 dwellings, of which 3 are affordable, with associated landscaping, bin storage and new access from Pikes Pool Lane has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr M Richardson against the decision of Bromsgrove District Council. The application Ref 19/00220/FUL, dated 12 February 2019, was refused by notice dated 2 July 2019.
