The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the removal of the greenkeepers’ compound and the construction of 48 dwellings (including 12 affordable houses), plus the upgrading of the access road, electric substation, SUDs, domestic package treatment works and domestic gas storage at Burgham Park Golf Club, Burgham, Felton NE65 9QP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/02094/FUL, dated 1 July 2020, subject to the conditions.
