The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission, with all matters reserved except for access, is granted for residential development (up to 81 dwellings) associated open space (incorporating community infrastructure) and drainage infrastructure at Land on East Side of Butt Lane, Blackfordby, Ashby de- la-Zouch, Leicestershire DE11 8BH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/00083/OUTM, dated 30 January 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Guy Mansfield against North West Leicestershire District Council.
