The development proposed for a change of use of site from car park to 12 new build1 bedroom flats has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Andrew Burt against the decision of Northampton Borough Council.
The application Ref N/2020/1075, dated 1 September 2020, was refused by notice dated 15 December 2020.
