The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing building (Building1) and construction of residential development comprising up to 140 dwellings, access roads, public open space and associated highways, engineering and accommodation works at Caterpillar Shrewsbury Limited, Lancaster Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 3NX in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/04559/OUT, dated 4 October 2016, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
