The development proposed is submission of details of access, appearance, landscaping,
layout and scale for the development of 46 dwellings in cells B and D of Phase 1,
pursuant to outline planning permission 2015/1796/01/OUT, dated 2/3/17 for the
development of up to 580 houses has been dismissed. As amended by plans and information received on 8 February 2019, 5 March 2019 and 21 March 2019.
The appeal is made by Gentoo Homes and Greenwich Hospital against the decision of
Newcastle-upon-Tyne City Council. The application Ref 2015/1796/33/RES, dated 5 July 2018, was refused by notice dated 25 March 2019.
