The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 64 dwellings on Land off Cheney Hill, Heacham in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 16/01385/OM, dated31 January 2017 and the plans submitted with it subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
