The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings, erection of 10x dwellings with associated parking and landscaping at Clarence Lodge, Pendleton Road, Redhill, Surrey RH1 6LB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/00595/F, dated 10 March 2022, subject to the conditions.
