The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for demolition of existing buildings and erection of 14 no. dwellings with all matters reserved except access and layout at Claypits Farm, Bardfield Road, Thaxted CM6 2LW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref UTT/20/0614/OP, dated 6 March 2020 and subject to the conditions.
