The development proposed a redevelopment of the existing site and equestrian facilities to provide 51 residential dwellings with associated access works, garaging, car parking, site landscaping and woodland management has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Chris Mian (Whitehall Homes LLP) against the decision of Wealden District Council.
The application Ref WD/2022/1781/MAJ, dated 8 July 2022, was refused by notice dated 3 February 2023.
