The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a mixed residential scheme to provide affordable, open market and over 55s sheltered accommodation, open space and new access at Land to the west of Close Lane, Alsager ST7 2TS in accordance with the application Ref 15/5654N dated 21 March 2106 without compliance with the conditions previously imposed on the planning permission Ref 13/1305N dated 29 July 2014 and subject to the new conditions set out in Annex A. The appeal is made by Stewart Milne Homes against Cheshire East Council.
