Appeal B: is allowed and planning permission is granted for the subdivision of existing dwelling into 2 no. separate residential units and erection of up to 30 no. dwellings, access and other associated infrastructure, including off-site highway works at Coldthorn Barn, Coldthorn Lane, Hailsham BN27 3PJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WD/2020/1504/MOA, dated 28 July 2020, and subject to the conditions.
