The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the development of 64 houses including new vehicular entrance, boundaries,infrastructure and landscaping, with primary access from the Crewe Road shown and other matters reserved, on open grassland, Crewe Road,Shavington, Cheshire CW2 5AH in accordance with the terms of the application,Ref. 15/1210N, dated 10 March 2015, and subject to the conditions in Appendix 1.The appeal is made by Mrs J Thompson against Cheshire East Council.
