The proposed development for up to 40 dwellings with associated infrastructure and public open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Oliver Hookway (Go Homes Limited) against the decision of Braintree District Council.
The application Ref 19/01532/OUT, dated 16 August 2019, was refused by notice dated 6 February 2020.
