The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 50 residential dwellings with associated infrastructure at land south of Dereham Road, Mattishall in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3PL/2015/0498/O, dated 24 April 2015, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Breckland District Council.
