The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the demolition of Earnley Concourse buildings, Elm Lodge and Gate Cottage, and replacement with residential development of up to 30 no. dwellings with associated access and footway works, landscaping, open space and drainage infrastructure at Earnley Concourse, Clappers Lane, Earnley, Chichester, West Sussex PO20 7JN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/02493/OUT, dated 23 September 2019, and subject to the conditions.
