The appeal is allowed and planning permission isgranted for the erection of up to 99 dwellings (Use Class C3) with public open space, vehicular access, and associated infrastructure on land off East Avenue,Weston, in accordance with the terms of the application, No 15/1552N, dated 24 March 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against Cheshire East Council.
