The development proposed for erection of 115 dwellings together with associated infrastructure, open space, landscaping and access works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Ivan Kingsley Smith (McCulloch Homes and Palm Developments Ltd against the decision of Maidstone Borough Council.
The application Ref 19/504442/FULL, dated 2 September 2019, was refused by notice dated 2 December 2019.
