The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application with all matters reserved for residential development of 14 bungalows at Elm Farm, Little Clacton Road, Clacton-on-Sea CO16 8DZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/00740/OUT, dated 4 May 2016 subject to the conditions set out in the annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Robinson & Hall LLP against the decision of Tendring District Council
