The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing tennis centre and erection of block of 23 flats and associated vehicular access, parking and landscaping at Eugene Bann Tennis Centre, Crab Hill Lane, South Nutfield RH1 5PG in accordance with the terms of the application, reference TA/2019/13, and the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision.
