The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising a cross subsidy scheme for 20 dwellings (10 affordable and 10 open market) together with access, estate roads and landscaping in accordance with the terms of the application Ref PA16/09196,dated 30 September 2016, subject to the schedule of conditions in this decision and the associated unilateral undertaking dated 31 July 2017.
