The appeal has been granted for outline planning permission for demolition of existing buildings and erection of up to 130 deswellings, provision of public open space, highway improvements and associated works at the former Bath Vale Works, Brookhouse Lane, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 2HD in accordance with the terms of the applications, Ref 08/1317/OUT, dated 25 July 2008, and the plans submitted with it, subject to conditions.
