The proposed development is 14 one bedroom and 20 two bedroom sheltered retirement apartments with landscaping and associated parking has been dismissed.
The application ref F/YR18/1120/0, dated 30 November 2018 was refused by notice dated 12 March 2019.
The appeal is made by Mr Peter Terry on behalf of PJ developments Ltd against the decision of Fenland District Council.
