The development proposed for demolition of the existing building and the construction of one new building accommodating 16 two-bedroom apartments and 3 one-bedroom apartments with 19 car parking spaces, cycle storage provision and bin stores contained within a basement area has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara against the decision of Gravesham Borough Council.
The application Ref 20140550, dated 30 May 2014, was refused by notice dated 17 January 2020.
