The development for an outline application with all matters reserved except access for the demolition of the existing building excluding Sewardstone Hall and erection of up to 40 dwellings has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by E W Davies Farms Ltd c/o Hugh Morgan against the decision of Epping Forest District Council.
The application Ref EPF/2828/19, dated 22 November 2019, was refused by notice dated 25 February 2020.
