The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition and redevelopment to provide 97 homes, a hotel (84 beds) and retail units for uses within Use Class E, together with access, station interchange, car parking, servicing, new public realm, landscaping and other associated works at the Former Jolly Boatman and land adjoining Hampton Court Station, Hampton Court Way, East Molesey, KT8 9AE in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 2018/3810, dated 19 December 2018, subject to the conditions.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for temporary car parking and associated works for Hampton Court Station to provide 110 spaces, for a period not exceeding 2 years from date of first use, and subsequent reinstatement at the western part of Cigarette Island, east of the Jolly Boatman and Hampton Court Station site, East Molesey, KT8 9NE in accordance with the application Ref 2018/3803, dated 19 December 2018, subject to the conditions.
