The development proposed a demolition of existing building and redevelopment of the site to form 32no. retirement apartments including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Churchill Retirement Living against the decision of New Forest District Council.
The application Ref 21/10938, dated 18 June 2021, was refused by notice dated 10 December 2021.
