The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the
clearance, lowering and levelling of site and the erection of up to 10 dwelling houses,
with new shared-surface, new vehicular & pedestrian access, and the
demolition of Number 23 and formation of new blank supporting gable wall to
Number 25 at Former Monkridge Residents Association and Lands, 21 and 23
and land south of 9 -23 Monkridge Gardens, Dunston Hill, Gateshead NE11 9XE
in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DC/19/00634/OUT, dated
22 June 2019,
