The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for demolition of all existing buildings and the erection of circa 55 dwellings with associated infrastructure, landscaping and open space at the Former Seabridge Community Centre, Roe Lane, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 3UB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00515/OUT, dated 14 June 2019, subject to the conditions at the end of the decision notice.
