The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the proposed erection of up to 24 dwellings to include garaging, parking provision, improvements to existing vehicular access, landscaping and other ancillary works at the Former site of Springfield Nurseries, Cranbrook Road, Hawkhurst, Cranbrook, TN18 5EE in accordance with application Ref 17/02192/OUT, dated 30 June 2017 but subject to the schedule of conditions at the end of this decision notice.
