The proposed development for erection of 37 dwellings including the re-location of existing access, along Maidenhead Road with associated parking, internal circulation, public open spaces, landscaping and related infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Bewley Homes Plc and Square Bay (No.5) Ltd against the decision of Council of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
The application Ref 19/01755, dated 26 June 2019, was refused by notice dated 13 January 2020.
