The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of 57 dwellings upon the former St Malachy’s School, Beaufort Street, Toxteth, Liverpool. Dwellings proposed to be two and three bedroom semi-detached houses and four bed detacher d houses at Former St Malachy’s School, Beaufort Street, Toxteth, Liverpool, L8 6XJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13F/2765, dated 12 November 2013, subject to the conditions in Annex A. The appeal is made by Mr Edward Rooney, Gleeson Developmens against the decision of Liverpool City Council.
