The development proposed for the erection of 38 residential dwellings comprising 4 houses and 34 flats with associated internal access, surface-level car parking, landscaping and other infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by CCH Build Solution (Summerhill Lane) Ltd against the decision of Mid Sussex District Council.
The application Ref DM/19/0260, dated 21 January 2019, was refused by notice dated 17 August 2020.
