The development proposed for the demolition of an existing restaurant building with subsequent erection of 12no new build apartments with associated car parking and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr James O’Loughlin of Charlotte Properties Ltd against the decision of Cheshire East Council.
The application Ref 21/6377C, dated 15 November 2022, was refused by notice dated 16 December 2022.
