The development proposed is the demolition of the existing garage and erection of 13 dwellings (C3) with associated access works, pedestrian and cycling routes, parking, landscaping and drainage works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mrs Christina Harrison-Flynn of Pogo Plum Ltd. against the
decision of Sedgemoor District Council. The application Ref 45/18/00014 ACN, dated 8 June 2018, was refused by notice dated
14 June 2019.
