Minor alterations to accommodate a new communal refuse store adjacent to the main entrance on the ground floor. Alterations to internal layouts on upper floors and insertion of roof lights to front and rear roof slopes on land at Fraser House. Europa Trading Estate, Fraser Road, Erith. The application Ref 16/02374/FUL, dated 22 September 2016, was refused by notice dated 30 November 2016. The appeal is made by Mr Solomon Grunfeld (Primeregal Limited) against the decisionof the Council of the London Borough of Bexley.
