The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing building, erection of up to 65 dwellings together with the formation of access, public open space and associated drainage infrastructure at Froxmere Road, Crowle, Worcestershire WR7 4AL, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/23/00647/OUT, subject to the conditions.
