The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 18 dwellings (to include 6 affordable homes), associated open space, landscaping and infrastructure, including access road and surface water balancing pond at Glebe Land, Eardisley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref P193762/O, dated 24 October 2019, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
